THE VANGUARD COMPANIES
Synchor Recycling Inc. was founded in 2016. Synchor is a construction waste recycling company that deals primarily with asphalt shingles, wood and drywall. We have developed zero waste repurposing solutions that can play a large role in reducing methane emissions from landfills, positively impacting Canada’s overall carbon footprint. Synchor has used innovation and outside the box creativity to become a leader in construction waste solutions.
Lock N Go Inc. provides conventional self-storage and mobile storage in the Calgary area. With a focus on customer service, security and convenience, Lock N Go is quickly gaining a 5 star reputation. Accommodating service and clean units is what customers have come to expect.
LP driveways is a licensed installer of RaZphalt(TM). RaZphalt is a 100% recycled asphalt solution for acreage driveways and industrial / commercial yard applications that was developed by Synchor recycling inc. LP provides a turnkey solution to huge curb appeal increase at a very economical price.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Stephan comes from a long line of visionaries and entrepreneurs. Out of high school, he learned the trade of roofing while working in the company his grandpa founded: LP Roofing and siding. Since moving to Calgary, Stephan has started multiple companies including Avalanche Exteriors, Avalanche Waste Management, Synchor Recycling, Lock n Go and LP Driveways, which he founded along with his dad Christian, in honour of his grandpa.
In addition to his passion for business, he is also passionate about faith, family, friends, sports and helping others. Stephan has been on many house building trips in developing nations and has big plans to build Vanguard Eco Solutions as a social enterprise, with a focus on orphans among the world’s most impoverished.
